• 2 Eggs
• ¼ cup Maple Syrup
• 2 TBSP Sugar
• 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 1 box Puff Pastry Dough
• Splash of Water
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar (confectioners sugar, icing sugar, 10x sugar – whatever it is called in your country)
• 2 TBSP Milk
• 1 tsp Maple Extract

• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, one egg, syrup, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Mix well and set aside.

This is an easy breakfast recipe (I mean super simple), especially good for fall or winter. You can garnish your serving brown sugar, maple syrup, a few apple shreds, some raisins or a pinch of cinnamon. Whatever you prefer! If you double the recipe, make sure you have a large enough slow cooker to accommodate the extra ingredients.

• 1 cup Apple, peeled, cut, cored, shredded
• 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
• 2 cups Milk
• 1½ cups Water
• ½ cup Raisins
• 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
