Baked Haddock with Horseradish Topping

A Christmas Eve staple at our house, this Baked Haddock with Horseradish Topping also freezes very well (uncooked).

Prep Time:15 minutes

Cook time:20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Horseradish
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Haddock Fillets (boneless, skinless)
1 tsp Butter

Directions:


• Preheat oven to 425º
• Lightly spray pan with nonstick spray
• Melt butter on tray

• Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and Parmesan in bowl, set aside

• Place fish on tray with melted butter
• Spread mayonnaise mixture on the top of the fish
• Bake 20 minutes until fish is cooked

    I am anxious to try these. Did you use a pizza pan for these?

    • Barb we don’t… we use a jelly roll pan. When we cook a lot, we will put a cookie rack underneath the haddock. If I am only baking a few pieces, I don’t bother.
