How to Make Pumpkin Spice Balls
1. Start the ball mixture – In a large bowl, combine the crushed wafers, powdered sugar, honey, and spices.
2. Add the rum – Stir in the rum and Rumchata until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill for an hour.
3. Make the balls – Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and cover in the leftover powdered sugar. Place on a lined baking sheet.
