Oven Roasted Parmesan Green Beans Ingredients
• 1 pound fresh green beans
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil

Oven Roasted Parmesan Green Beans Directions

• Place your green beans in a large bowl.
• Pour in your olive oil
• Stir to coat the green beans completely.

• Coat the beans with the Parmesan cheese.
• Spray 2 jelly roll trays with non-stick spray.

These look so good! I’m mad at myself, I just used what will probably be the last of the green beans from our garden for dinner last night. Plain and boring. Why didn’t I catch up on your blog yesterday?!? (I’ve been on vacation…) Thanks for the recipe anyway, maybe my garden will surprise me and grow a few more? 🙂
That’ll teach you to miss a day, Stephanie. 😛
I hope you had a great vacation! Where’d you go?
Ann
These were great! I’m a little sad that I only had 14 (yeah, fourteen!) beans to roast, but I loved them. Why have I never thought to cook them this way?!? One kid liked them, one did not, but in this family that’s pretty good for a veggie!
I am glad they were a success, Stephanie! (What in the world does the second kid like in a veggie!?)
Ann
Thanks! Looks good.
We went to Universal Studios Orlando and Legoland. My now “snow bird” in-laws bought a house in Haines City which is almost between those two parks so our accommodations were FREE! 🙂
These look delicious! I’m tired of just adding butter and salt/pepper to veggies, so I’m anxious to give these a try! 🙂
You can also try some zesty Italian seasoning instead of salt and pepper
Made these tonight for dinner, they were amazing! Even my picky 4 yr old loved them!
I am so glad you and your children liked them, Terri!
